Grapvine/Highland park. Really didnt want to go out today but I was able to force myself out. The trail was nice because of the rains. The lack of steady sleep lately is really causing me issues with my running. One of the joys of life I guess.

looks like your still doing great with running! very imprressed. lets start getting together once a week at least. i need someone to push me around and get me moving. LOL
