Fields park. 3 warm up then hit 6 tempo ( 6:02, 5:57, 6:03, 6:09,5:57, 6:03) then 3 cool down. The wind was trying to blow once I got going on the tempo miles and it couldnt decide if it wanted to help or hinder today. One minute it was blowing at me and the next it was behind me. Once again was shooting for 6:05 and didnt look at the watch to keep pace. I was suprised by the 2 sub 6's but it felt better than last week when by the end of mile 5 I was shot. The quad was just a touch sore during the the first warmup mile but  I didnt even notice any issues until the last 1/2 mile when it started to tighten up just a bit.

James you are an Animal!!! I am very jealous of your conditioning right now! I lost a lot of zip over the winter! I hate the cold and that P90X put to much weight on me! You are going to have a great year!

Nice work James. Have you mowed your new lawn yet, what is the time frame for something like that?

Tyler - I wouldnt mind just a touch of weight on my body but if im healthy and improving i'll take being super skinny.

Dustin - Mowed it twice now. The part that was put down first really needed. The rest didnt but I did it anyway. If it looks like it needs it go for it.
