Fields. Did a 1.5 warmup then 3x1.5 miles at tempo with 1/2 mile jog between each. Didnt have the garmin so i was giving it my best guess on the distance and pace. Felt pretty good and hopefully I was hitting them at close to tempo. Measured when I got home and I was pretty close on the distances. Getting some twinges the last few days back in the injured area again even when not running. Hoping its just from ramping up the training and it calms down. |
