Did a mile barefoot and then 10 in shoes. Shoes just feel wrong after barefooting. I was a bit leary of running today as yesterday I went to run a second time in the evening and my left quad felt like it ripped apart after a couple steps. I stopped and walked a bit and streatch some and tried again but it hurt even just walking so I didnt continue. It hurt all through the night and was really bugging today. Felt fine when I barefooted and was tender but usable during the rest of the run. Have to be extra carefull the next several days I suppose. |
