AM - 10. Down towards the highway again. 1/2 mile warm up then 2(2t) with a half mile recovery jog between. I wasnt sure what kind of pace I could hit but figured id just go by effort and see. Hit the first 2 at 6:04avg (6:02, 6:06) and the second at 6:13avg (6:11,6:14). Prob more of a threshold pace at my current fitness level but I did it and was able to jog back for 5 miles to finish out the day. |
