Grapevine. Went to the doc before the run and he taped me back up and did some work on it. Emily rode the bike while I ran. Shin still hurt. Went at a much faster pace on the way back which was work but felt really good to move again.

Be careful, take it easy. When you get old like me you gotto listen to the body. seems like you have jumped you miles up pretty quick. Good luck with the training .
