8 - Landfill. Great day for running. Overcast and not very warm. Legs felt good again but Im coming into my pre-SGM sickness. I get sick about this time every year and here it is again. I was hoping that i'd pass it up this year but thats not to be I guess. Loading up on orange juice and Emergen-c so hopefully it runs its course fast and I can get back to normal cause last year this killed my race. I was planning on another 4-5 this evening but now im not sure.
4 - Parkway short. Decided to give it a try this evening and it wasnt too bad. Headache and sore throat are getting worse though. Blah. |
