Around Formaster to St. George and home. Took it easy and tried not to worry about how fast or slow I was going. Just enjoyed the jog.
Greensprings reverse. Good to get out while the sun is still up and its warmer. Knees are feeling sore again.
Fields. Ran two miles of warm up and then five miles at 6:30 then the rest a little over 7. It felt good to get some faster pace miles in.
Club run out into the Fields and back along the river trail. Legs were pretty tired after yesterdays run but I was able to keep up for the most part.
River trail to Dixie Center. Knees and shins felt good and no new pain so I wont complain.
