Fields tempo. Decided to not go around the hill today. Wasnt feeling like having it kick my butt and wanted a little different route so I went around the right side. 2 warm up, 6 tempo and 2 cool down. Felt good at the begining and looked at the watch and saw 5:34 and thought this might be a really good tempo. Turns out it wasnt. It might have even been a touch slower then the last ones but felt sooooooo much harder.
