Parkway/Firestation. Really didnt want to run on the treadmill but was a little wary of the cold/rain after fighting a cold the last several days. Decided to brave the cold/rain and am glad I did. Stayed warm except a couple miles running into a slight wind. Love running in the rain even with sickness and cold. Legs felt good and ready to get going again. |
