Landfill. a tad sorein the lower ab again. Picked it up for 3 on the way back.
Millcreek. Hadnt been up this way in a while and it rained the night before so it was a good time to hit the sand. A little worn out but still enjoyed the run.
Staheli farms.
Cc trail. Had to go faster than I'd have liked to get back for stuff and the tired body did not like it at all.
City Wells. Not a bad jog. Saw several people and some horse riders on the trail.
