Keep enjoying running and improving.
Firestation/Sienna Hills. Not quite as good as Sat but still a good run.
City Wells. A little worn but not horrid.
Landfill. Kind of blah at first but got to thinking about other things and stopped thinking about running and it was much better after that.
CC Trail. Nice run after spending the morning getting Christmas trees with the family. Pretty nice weather for the end of Nov.
CC to the liquor store. Sore lower ab today but I managed to survive.
