St George Steel. Added a little extra by twin lakes. Really nice morning and felt great. Went easy till the firestation hill then went hard up that to the firestation and then at a good pace the rest of the way home. It was one of those days when I felt like I could have run for hours. I almost did but decided id better at least make a guest appearance at work so I dont get fired. Stupid work getting in the way of what I enjoy.

AM  - 10.2 Landfill. Decent run. Didnt feel super peppy but not horrible either.

PM - 6 Grapevine. After cleaning the house I got the hankering to go for another run so I did. Took a couple miles before I felt loose but the rest of the run was good.

Around the south of Warner Valley with Dave, Logan and Steve. Fun run but I was pretty tired the last couple of miles. Glad I didnt attempt the sand hill climb with the other three.

Fields/River Road/Telegraph with Dave and Logan. Felt better than yesterday but it was quite a bit colder. Nice to get out with the guys for a couple runs this week.
