Firestation. Took it really easy today.
Parkway/dirt/Milllcreek. Got to the reserve fence and turned back as I didn't want to deal with the 4 dogs coming down the trail.
Landfill. Started off pretty crappy but ended going pretty hard the last few.
CC trail. Up and down during the run but ended ok.
Highland park. A bit worn out so I cut the miles a touch today.
City Wells. Wasn't planning on going 10 but was enjoying being out in the hills so I kept going. Hit the way home at a good pace.
