Highland/Sienna Hills. Felt good and it was nice out what more can you ask for? Saw a coyote running away from a couple of hound dogs that someone was walking towards Grapevine. He didnt seem too worried about the dogs cause as he crossed the trail he slowed, looked at me then back towards the dogs then back at me like, "this is not the way I wanted to start the day." Then trotted off again. They sure thought they were tough stuff barking at him. Stupid dogs.

Firestation+ Not a bad morning run but felt worn down on the way back. Tried to pick it up the last couple miles to quicker pace.

Grapevine/Sienna Hills. A little shorter run tonight but it was nice. Did 6 fartleks in the middle of the run just because I could. Felt really good tonight.

Landfill. Went all the way to the far side of the stink pit today. Didnt feel quite so spry as last night but still a good run. It was cool but I still ended up taking the shirt off and I got quite a few looks from people. Yes I know it might feel cool to those of you not exercising but my motor is air cooled and the more surface that is exposed to the air, the cooler I run. So there.

City Wells. Slow for the first half then picked up the pace on the way back. Was feeling really good and moving right along until about .5 from home. Then something wanted to come out one end or the other. I slowed way down and thankfully by the time I got home I felt better. Glad that doesnt happen to me often cause it was uncomfortable.

Millcreek/Mustang Pass. Ok run. Got pretty tired with around 5 miles left and it was a struggle getting home. Checked the watch and turns out I actually held an ok pace but it sure didnt feel like it.
