Hell Hole/Power Station tempo. 1.6 warm up, 6 tempo, 2.4 cool.

Didnt feel like things would work out when I first started the tempo. It felt way to labored and like i wasnt moving but i kept at it and tried to get out of my own head. It was a battle to stay focused and positive but I held on kind of. 5:59,6:00,5:58,6:02,6:01,6:04 (6:01 avg)
