Treadmill miles. My calves where pretty tight when I started so I went really slow and didnt ever speed up much. Not quite as tired as I thought Id be but I still took it real easy.
City Wells. Went a little faster than yesterdays run and the legs felt better. Thankfully the pumps where running so I was able to refill my water bottle and cool off a little.
Fields. Got out in the afternoon before the sun broke out of the clouds so it wasnt to bad temp wise. Picked up the pace just a little for 3 miles in the middle of the run but not much. Ok run.
Down the marathon course with the club. Picked up the pace outside of Winchester and ran pretty good for 4 miles. Stopped to get water and never got back up to speed. The legs are thrashed.
