AM - 8.3 Parkway to Millcreek and back via main street. I was planning on getting 12-13 but didnt get up in time. I got out 5 miles and checked the time and only had 30 minutes to get home and get showered before having to be at the hospital. Wasnt planning on going fast today but I had to speed it up and then cut off the mileage to get back in time. If all goes well I'll finish up tonight. PM - 6 River Trail. Slow and tired. |
