Soccer park. 2.5min run/2.5min walk for 30 min. No leg issues but the groin thing bothered. Got in slightly more than Friday so I must have gone at a slightly faster pace.
Soccer park. 3.5min run/1.5min walk for 17min. felt good until about 15min in then the shin started to feel off. It didnt go away so I called it. Prob take tomorrow off. Bleh.
