Treadmill. Got to 5 and the lower abs hurt so bad I had to stop. Need to stretch better I guess.

Was supposed to do 800s but my usual route was mud so I ran to a couple other places that I thought would work but they wouldnt. Tried to go down to Hells Hole but it was so muddy I had to walk to get to the paved portion of the trail and then the trail was washed out by the rains. Ended up running up to Highland park and trying to run hard the whole way up the hill. Abs hurt horribly the whole run. Should have called it quits after a couple miles as now I can barely walk.

1 hour on the bike. Hoping that it is just a strain like last year and not a sports hernia. Whatever the case, running is out for a while.
