Keep enjoying running and improving.
Hell Hole/Power/Landfill. Slow and easy
Grapevine/Highland loop. Uptempo. Hard workout.
Parkway/Greensprings. Chilly chilly chilly.
School/top of millcreek. Didnt want to run but once I got a few miles in I enjoyed the rest of the jog. Love getting out on the trails when the sand is packed.
