Grapevine with two up and backs from the round about then Parkway to Millcreek. Up to SandHill trail and back on Main. I felt good so I pushed the pace for most of the run and tried to keep pace up all the hills.
Up to the top of Millcreek then back down to the powerline trail and over to the water tank. Once I got there I went up to the turkey farm and then back. Nothing even remotely fast about this run but my legs are tired. Lots and lots of steep hills on the power line trail. Tried a different gel to see if it sits better on my stomach than GU. It didnt puke it up so thats a good thing but Im not sure these gu things even help me at all. I didnt take any last on last weeks long run and was fine.
