Grapevine. The last week of running was pretty ruff. Today started out not feeling any better even with a two day rest. I noticed my shadown about 1/2 mile in to the run and my form was just horrid. I was almost shuffling. Not even picking up my legs at all but feeling like I was working way hard. So I tried to really focus on picking them up and I could really feel it in my quads. I think in the effort to put in more miles on tired legs the last several years I'vE developed really bad form and its really effected everything in my running. So the rest of the run my quads felt it but my pace was better than any run since I started back up and it felt almost effortless at several points. So the quads are a touch sore but I'm really excited to have something to try yo focus on and possibly get back to loving running again after over a year of really struggling with it.
