Warmed up 3 down 300 into the Fields then 4 at tempo then 3.3 cool down. Havent done any fast running since the marathon so I wasnt expecting anything great but was able to hit right about what I wanted. 6:01,6:09,6:01,5:54 

Will see if I can put together something for a race in 2 months. Should be interesting to see what happens.

Millcreek/Powerline. Figured with the rains it would be a good time to hit the sand. Got a touch cold on the way out and the Powerline trail is mostly dirt so it was slick in lots of places but I enjoyed being out. Then I turned around at the water tanks and ran straight into a headwind and the rain picked up pretty good. That was a super cold 3 miles. Got back on Millcreek and out of the headwind and warmed up just a touch by speeding up coming home. Not really a marathon training style run but I enjoyed it lots even with frozen hands.

Staheli farm. 2.5 warm up to the bridge then 5 tempo to the farm and back. 2.5 cool down home. Another hard one this week never felt very relaxed and the small hill by Chipmans kicked my butt out and back. 6:09,6:01,5:57,6:12,5:56

Had to make an emergency stop on the cool down and was down one sock afterwards.

Hell Hole/Power Plant/Landfill. Didnt have the watch and not sure how accurate mapmyrun is because the trail doesnt show on their  page yet but Ill run this one of these days with the watch and see how close it is. Nice and cloudy and dark and no people. Couldnt have been much better.

Fields tempo. Decided to not go around the hill today. Wasnt feeling like having it kick my butt and wanted a little different route so I went around the right side. 2 warm up, 6 tempo and 2 cool down. Felt good at the begining and looked at the watch and saw 5:34 and thought this might be a really good tempo. Turns out it wasnt. It might have even been a touch slower then the last ones but felt sooooooo much harder. Felt like I was working really hard but everytime I looked I was going mid 6 and had to push harder to get back up to pace. Glad to be done. 6:05,6:08,6:10,5:57,5:59,5:56

CC Trail. Winter has finally showed up and I forgot to dress for it on this run. Slow and easy to try and recover cause the legs are feeling it.

Fields. 2 warm up. 7 tempo. 1.5 cool down. Got out before the storm moved in. Felt pretty good most of the way. I was working pretty hard but it felt smooth. No watch checking except to see the mileage so I would know where to turn around. Turned out to be one of the best tempos Ive ever run. 5:53,5:40,5:56,5:57,5:53,6:01,5:54

Emily came with me on her new bike but we didnt stay togther very well. Shes getting some activity in and thats what matters.
