welcome to the blog! Hopefully your knees will continue to feel better. Great job getting back out there!

That's about $240 worth of pudding right there!

I've noticed that sometimes when a pain sets in, if I just keep it going things start to work themselves out (that is if it's not major). I also wondered about (and I may have told you this) about some barefoot grass running for you. Once a week, go to the fields at the college there as you finish your run and run some barefoot striders - then another time finish off your run with just a few easy laps around those fields shoeless. A lot of times, barefoot running will allow your body to work on correcting some of the deficiencies in running gate.

Welcome to the blog. I kind of know you but I don't know if you know me. We haven't really met but I have seen you at some races. and your bro is my coach. Keep up the good work.
