Grapevine/Sienna Hills. Didnt wake up until a few minutes before the boys where supposed to be out the door for school and as they where leaving they said "Dad, its way nice out here. You should go run." So I put Ada in the stroller and off we went.

Parkway/Sienna Hills. Not a bad run. Took the watch to try and keep a better pace. Ive slowed down way to much on most of my runs.

AM 6 - Grapevine then over to the school to watch the kids 9/11 program and then back home. Legs didnt want to keep the pace but I survived.

Parkway. Loaded Ada into the stroller and hit the road. It was cool and I felt pretty good until the Mavrik hill. That sucked rocks but the rest of the run felt really good considering I was pushing a stroller.

Fields. Body felt good until about mile seven then I got pretty worn out. Thanks to Bill for getting me up and going.

Millcreek then up the streambed for a few miles. Sand was nice and packed after the rains and hadnt been torn up yet. Felt pretty good most of the run. Abs started hurting pretty bad the last couple miles and are still bugging.

Grapevine/Sienna Hills. Took Ada in the stoller on what was supposed to be a recovery run. Pushing the stroller cancels out the recovery of the run.

Quail Creek. I was going to go out early this morn but after trying to fall asleep for a few hours I got out of bed around 12:30am and decided to just do the run. Emily helped me get all lighted up and then she went out to drop some waters for me. I started out and the body was tired but I figured this would be a "get the distance in" run and not worry about pace at all. Loosened up just before the climb up Highland and on the way up could tell that between the wind and tired body it was going to be pretty slow going. Made it to the top and couldnt get going any faster down the other side. The 9:30 pace I was pushing was a 6:30 effort easy. Emily pulled me over on her way back from droping water and said I didnt look to good. I didnt feel good thats for sure so I decided to bag the whole idea. Got home, showered and still couldnt fall asleep until about 4:00am. What the *&%. Might try again on Sunday morning.

Landfill. Warm but I was smart enough to take some water with me today. Was planning on 8 but I was so tired I figured I was prob doing more harm than good so I turned around early. I wouldnt have though I could fall out of shape so far in so little time. Kind of sucks that it takes years to get into good shape but only a few months to loose it all.

Firestation/Sienna Hills. Another stroller run with Ada. Beautiful morning but I just cant seem to get any energy from the body. Hopefully its just because of the sudden jump in miles.
