| Powell Point trail. Ran the trail with Dave. Beautiful run with amazing views. We havent run together in quite a while so it was fun to chat about everything. Struggled with the altitude (10,000+) and tired legs but still a good run. Ran .5 with Gabe afterwards. |

| STG course. Started just outside of Veyo. The others went out faster than I wanted so I held back and picked it up a little after the climb through Dammeron Valley. Quads started rebelling early so I knew the last few where going to be ruff and they where. In hind sight should have just gone easy the whole way and just got used to the distance. Live and learn.
