Parkway. Ive struggled getting out lately so now that the marathon is only a few days away I feel like Im cramming for a test ive known was coming and didnt study for. Too late to make any difference but I like to do things the hard way.

Came up to Orem a few days early so I ran down to Geneva Rd and then up to 400S and back. Felt pretty good. Legs are sore for some reason though.

Not going to over think todays race. Bottom line: No training=very tired body. Overall felt decent until 19 then I was done. Walked some the next 3 miles then most of the last 3.

The boys talked me into taking them running so I loaded Ada up in the stroller and we did a little loop around the turf farm. They did good only stopping 2 times.

Rode the bike for 40 minutes. Not a run but at least I did something that involves moving my legs and using my lungs.
