Parkway to water tank and back. Slow on the way out but picked it up on the way back. It had nothing to do with the fact that its downhill coming back.

First I would like to thank all those runners faster than me for not showing up to this race and enabling me to win. Not as many runners this year. I felt good and ran well. Time was right on with my PR if im not mistaken. It was wierd leading the way and not really knowing where to go at each turn. The finish wasnt marked well and I went the wrong way and had to go back and do it right. Oh well. I won and it felt good. Ran back and found Ally and ran the last bit with her.

Top of Parkway and back. Hopefully the cough and throat are done being jerks so i can run more than twice a week.

Parkway to watertank w/extensions. Beautiful weather for a run with a little rain to top it off.

Great run with Dave this morning. Beautiful morning with a slight shower. Lots of fun to run and talk and enjoy the morning.

Dog Pound w/Dave. The back of my left knee is sore from Mondays run but other than that it was a nice run.

Parkway with Dave. No knee pain today so thats good. Hopefully running a little slower on these runs will allow me to get 6 days of running in. Im usually burned out by Wed when im running faster but I feel pretty good today.

4.26 mile AM run with Dave.

7 mile run w/club. I am not used to running in the heat (if you can call mid 80's heat). I had water and still was as red as a beet before i was done.  Probably only the second time I have ever run twice in one day. Legs are tired but I feel good about how the training is going. 7:15 avg.

Fields run with David. Felt suprisingly good considering this is the most consecutive days in a row i've ever run and Im near the most distance ive ever done in one week. Thanks for the motivation Dave.

Out to the river trail, towards STG then back. Went a little faster than the rest of the week but i'm pretty worn out so 10 miles was all I could get out of the legs.  Highest mileage week since i've started tracking.
