Club run kinda. They all went out 16 miles. I went 4. Felt good to be back on the road. I havent done it for almost a month.

Didnt go too far cause the legs are feeling tired. Felt like I wasnt moving to fast but the mile times are pretty close to the last two days with the exception of the tempo miles. Chris, you missed out on the rain. Not really rain, more like sprinkles but still you missed it.

Started with Clyde, Dave and Hayden. Ran a few miles and picked up Paul. Ran a couple miles more and Paul split off. Split off from them by the high school and went to the parkway and back to the running store on my own. Longest run ive done in a while and it felt good.
