1 hour bike. Warm up then hard for several minutes then slowed. Repeted for the whole hour.
1 hour biking. Easy while watching a movie.

Good job keeping active. Injury can sure put a damper on your desire. I do know that when you come back you will be energized. I am loving running again after the last year of stupid little injuries. The neuromas are getting under control with orthotics and now I am more excited to run because the feet don't hurt. I can now c=go out and really enjoy running- thats what it is all about isn't it? Keep smiling!
