Still? Hopefully the rain doesnt make things worse. There are tons of homes out there especially in your neck of the woods. We looked at the one two houses up from you last night. Want to be neighbors? Looks like im out of the running for several weeks. fractured bone in my left foot. Son of a @#$^%@#. What should i do so i dont loose all my training? Im really bumed out about this.

How in the world did you do that? And how did you find out? Just hurting and went in to get it checked out?

You need to be biking or swimming a lot then - Equal time to what your runs would be.

Started hurting last Mon during speed work at track. Got worse so i had it checked out. Its not bad but enough that its pretty tender when i step down on that foot. I think my last run made it a lot worse than it was.
