Tempo work with Steven. Ran around Washington to the power plant for a 3.6 mile warmup. Ran 2(9t/2e) on to the river trail and back

First set was much more controlled than the last time we did this. Had to push pretty hard to keep on track towards the end of the second set. No hammy issues. Good workout. |
