13.57 - Got up early with the intention of doing my long run. I knew it would be chilly so I got all bundled up and headed down to river trail to head into Bloomington. By the time I got to River Rd my hands hurt so bad from the cold I was almost in tears. I guess the cheap Walmart gloves dont help when its really cold. I decided to get off the trail and away from the river and see if that helped warm things up a little. Nope. Still cold. Decided to just bag it and get home as quick as possible. In my frozen state I decided that going up over Formaster Ridge would be the best way home but turns out it wasnt. So to sum up, 5 am cold, Walmart gloves - not super helpful, Formaster Ridge - bad idea.

10 - Club run up river trail towards Washington and back. Good run.

Good job getting out, I'm not a 5 am guy even when it isn't cold.

5 am, hate it but once im up and going its nice. I tell myself everytime that Im going to keep getting up and doing this early. Less traffic and much more peaceful. Doesnt make it easier to get up the next day though.

Unfortunatly that things learned colum doesnt retain and I have to relearn over and over and over and over.
